The OLED Aerelight A1 Desktop Lamp Doubles as a Wireless Smartphone Charger

Offered by OTI Lumionics, the Aerelight A1 is one of the newest OLED lamps to hit the scene. Made in Canada, the design features an anodized aluminum frame, a base accented with American walnut, and of course, a bright light that promises to be glare-free and cool to the touch. Like other OLED lights, this one also uses touch control and has three levels of dimming capabilities (which ranges from its lowest brightness at one watt to its most vibrant at nine watts).

Miami Beach is getting a new luxury residential building called Louver House, which will be found just steps from the beach in the exclusive South of Fifth neighborhood. Having made the announcement last month, real estate firm Mast Capital brought on award-winning architect Rene Gonzalez to design the boutique-style building and to “[translate] the elements of the surrounding historic neighborhood into a contemporary design language.” Judging by these catalogue-worthy renderings, the choice was perfect.
